Dynamite Boxing is committed to unique and extreme fitness techniques that incorporate strength, balance, and stamina. 
 
All of our circuits focus on improved eye/hand coordination and increased reaction times while maintaining an elevated degree of intensity. 
We use boxing and extreme fitness techniques to engage the participants and to deliver superior work out experiences and results.
Although our club is boxing orientated, our program is diverse enough in which any athlete in any sport can succeed with the fitness fundamentals that we provide.

At Dynamite Boxing, we strive to maintain an environment of respect, dedication and 100% effort. Our members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is conducive to promoting team work and improved self-image. 
 
We have an absolute zero tolerance policy for negativity, bullying, arrogance and foul language. 
 
We may fight alone but we train as a team and we support each other as a team, street side and ringside.
